I am a new user to ACT! Premium for Web 2008 (10.0) and am trying to print letters out of ACT Word Processor.
Everytime I hit the "print" button - even from the "file" menu, I get the question if I want it to record to history.
I press YES and it does record it to the contact's history, however, it never goes to the printer.
Under the "file" menu there is no "print setup" or "print preview" - no where for me to even select a printer.
Do any of you ACT pros out there know what I am doing wrong?
