Is there a way to setup ACT/OUTLOOK so that emails to and from specific persons DO NOT sync into the Contact History?
Example; we are OK with customer interaction; but employee to employee or employee to supervisor transactions we do not want stored automatically.
I see a "private" setting; but that would defeat the purpose on a global level; I want to be able to do on a user by user level and I just don't see an option for that.
Otherwise I am very happy with the product thus far!

I think I found a topic that answered my own question.....
I guess I should have scoured the front page instead of using the search feature.
I am on the right path here, corrrect?
