New User - Email Integration with Outlook Question

Is there a way to setup ACT/OUTLOOK so that emails to and from specific persons DO NOT sync into the Contact History?

Example; we are OK with customer interaction; but employee to employee or employee to supervisor transactions we do not want stored automatically.

 

I see a "private" setting; but that would defeat the purpose on a global level; I want to be able to do on a user by user level and I just don't see an option for that.

 

Otherwise I am very happy with the product thus far!

OK - so this works great for incoming mail and I have that figured out.

 

Any idea on how to keep outgoing email from posting to the contact history?

If it's only user-to-user emails, try removing the email addresses from all the user My Records... then ACT! won't be able to attach the emails.
