I was trying to do a 2013 ACTPremium Update and following the Backup Step it says SageACT Update Details
and I entererd or selected Download Update and the ACT Program shut down and closed immediately.
I have done this 3 to 4 times now and the same things happens.
I am using Windows XP Professional with Service pack 3.
Any Suggestions on how to do the update as I was advised it is now available.
