Just noticing that after the latest update, when I click on the email field in ACT!, a new email opens up using Outlook 365 but no longer pops up. I have to hover the mouse by the Outlook logo on the taskbar and click on the new email to start entering information. The email does include the the mail to: info. I use Norton Security too but don't see a field preventing pop ups. Anyone else having this issue?

Right... it looks like... When I export any list to excel ... remains minimized.
Thank you for sharing this case, and my additional suggestion is to make a frequent backup of your database, and place a copy of this ZIP file in a USB memory or external disk for more security.

On my own PC I had the same experience for a week or so after upgrading to 20.1, but I notice now, inexplicably, the pop-up is back. Possibly a few reboots of your PC may fix it. I run Update 3 for Act! Premium 20.1 and same version of Office as you.

Updated to Act! Premium Version 126.96.36.199, Update 4. No quick fix to the issue though. Clicked on email field, new email is created but does not pop up - I have to hover by Outlook logo on taskbar and select the new email. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
