New Outlook Profile and Act Add In Disappears

I downgraded from Office 2010 to 2007 because Act 2010 doesn't support Office 2010 (super fail Sage). 

 

Anwyay, I was getting an error about my Outlook profile so I created a new one to correct it (which it did)

 

HOWEVER

 

My act add-ins are gone

 

I checked in Trust Center ---Add Ins to see if they were there and they are.

 

How can I get them back?

We have the same error here. What did you do to fix it?

 

PS: Win XP, Act! 2010, Office 2007. Act! reinstalled....

Have you added the ACT! address book to the new Outlook profile?  Here is an article with instructions: KB Article 21428

 

(The addition of the ACT! address book is what causes the ACT! icons to be present in Outlook)
