Hi there, im hoping someone has an answer to this problem...
We use act 2010 Premium for our business and sales leads etc... and were using Access for recording notes on clients which we have to keep electronic and secure. I want to move these into Act! but a records case notes must not be mixed in with general notes. Because we have a number of counsellors who may need to see the notes, we can't just make notes private.
I think my solution is to create an additional tab, but I cannot for the life of me work out how to create a tab similar in style to the notes tab. Any ideas???

There is not a way to create a second notes tab. Possible work arounds include:
1. Create a custom tab with "memo" fields
2. Create a custom activiity type and use the history tab.
3. Create custom tables using http://www.durkincomputing.com/ACT-Addons-Tables.aspx or http://www.toplineresults.com/products/toplinedesigner/index.htm
