Running ACT Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 22.214.171.124, Hot Fix 4; Windows XP. Knowledge Database (Answer ID 10327) says answer I found there is not supported. Anyone else having this issue?

How often does it happen?
Is it happening on all machines?
Do you have multiple databases that this happens on?
Is it user specific?
Is it machine specific?
Does it happen at certain times of the day more than others?
