We recently upgraded to ACT 12 Premium and when we synch our remote databases the number of files that it synchs keeps getting larger and larger. It is now up to over 200,000 files, which makes synching a very long process. Any help would be appreciated.

You'll need to apply the Service Pack 1 update to ALL computers with ACT! installed. Here is an article with instructions for download and install: KB Article 28293
