we are getting this message for the last 2 weeks. v16 pro, single user. we upgraded to 16.3, no joy. tried removing the 1,2, and 3 from the registry as outlined in one of these posts. no joy. Any other ideas for what might work?

Hi Deb, have you tried removing the Outlook address book from the registry, and then go through the email system setup again?
Please follow the instructions under the subheading Removing the Address Book from the Registry in the following article:
If that also fails, I would recommend running through the rest of the steps in that article as well.
