I have Act! Pro v. 22-2.
I have Windows 10 (set up to look like Windows 7).
I have been using Act! on the Cloud. Today I downloaded my contacts to my computer. But I cannot launch the remote .rdb file in Act! because it thinks I'm still running the trial. I read in the knowledgebase article that I need the activation key I purchased.
However, I cannot locate that key anywhere. It is not in my welcome email. How do I get it so I can use Act! remotely?
And what steps do I take to register that key so I don't continue to have this problem?
