I've posted in another area, and held for over an hour on the customer service line. I need help with this asap.
We had a salesman resign, and a new salesman take over his territory. The new salesman needs to download Sage Act Premium 2011 to his new computer, and we need to transfer the seat from the old salesman to the new one.
where does he go to do this?

Download the software. http://act.com/support/download-center/
INstall on the new users machine. You should be able to register the sofware using your existing license.
to add the new user. open ACT, go to tools, manage users, disable the old sales person (make them inactive)
add the new sales person.
Copy the .pad file from teh server to the new sales persons' machine.
If there is sync involved. there are additionals steps.
