I need some advice about installing Internet Sync for ACT Premium 2011 on a Windows SBS 2011 server. I already have one database available internally over using Network Sync. I want to install the Internet Syncup so that a second ACT database could be sync'd externally. What exactly will it do to IIS? The help talks about setting IIS to 32-bit mode, which won't be a good idea. Will the installation prompt me to create a new 32-bit application pool? How will the Internet Sync affect the default websites setup in SBS? WIll the server ever work again? Thanks for any advice.

You could just pass port 65100 (standard synch port) from the router to the SBS machine and then use your external IP address for the connection IP address and this will be OK for using instead of Internet sync and also will not cause any problems with IIS and the applications like Ooutlook web Access that needs to run in 64 bit mode.
