Our company went to the ACT! database over a year ago and we are having trouble printing our custom contact reports.
i go to reports, company reports and then other company reports and choose our selected database. most clients print out fine. but about 30% of our clients when we go to print our their information, it comes out blank. We are stuck with this.
We have independent customer help but they are not very reliable.
If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

Need some further information
a) Is this a custom report
b) What version and have you applied the latest updates
c) Have you run maintenance on your database?
d) The records that come out blank have you checked that there is data in the fields?
