Re: Navbar button changes

If you choose File | Close and then File | Exit from the menu when you close Act! do you still have the problem?

Re: Navbar button changes

Hi RickyRay,

I've contacted you by PM in order to arrange a call back from our Technical Support Team to investigate this issue more thoroughly as we are unable to replicate the issue, and therefore unable to offer any more detailed assistance. The information we gather from your scenario will be helpful in solving the issue for any other users with the same issue.

Re: Navbar button changes

I am having the same issue on with my Act! Pro Version 18.0.501.0, Hot Fix 5.

I am using windows 10.

It is aggravating to arrange the NavBar only to close/reopen and it is back to factory install.  Please assist or let me know of a fix I can run.

Thank you

Re: Navbar button changes

I will do this if I know who to call. They told me I don't have paid support. I have an ACT! consultant I usually call for assistance, however, she didn't know how to fix this either. Please let me know what I should do. Thank you.

Re: Navbar button changes

We've identified the cause of this issue and it has been logged as defect D-04049.

The issue has reportedly been fixed in the upcoming v18.1 service pack, which is currently undergoing internal testing, and will be released soon.
