The Navbar Option preferences are lost when closing Act! and relaunching, i.e., reverts to default (shows all buttons) in Act! Premium Version 21.0.295.0, Update 1.
Scenario: Launch Act!, Select Navbar > Navbar Options, uncheck/disable Navbar buttons not used, moving buttons to preferred positions, Click OK. Navbar now shows your preferred buttons in the preferred positions. Close Act! Relaunch Act! The Navbar options previous set in Navbar Option are lost and reverts back to showing all Navbar buttons.

Hello,
Resetting all of Act Preferences may help.
Prior to reset:
Back up database
Make note of user ID and Password
Know path to where Act! database is stored
Rebuilding the Preferences via Act! Diagnostics
