This is my first time on the ACT! Community and hoping this is a good place for help. The little icons on my navbar that indicate contacts, community, etc. have disappeared. Does anyone know a fix for this?

What Windows font size are you using? If not normal then try changing to normal and see if that helps.

It's not a font issue. I have had this problem before and I remember it involved erasing a file that reset the preferences or something like that. The little icons have been there for a year and all of a sudden, they disappear. The words are there if I expand the side bar. I can see 'Contacts', 'Groups' etc. I just cannot see the little head icon or the calendar icon when the sidebar is contracted down.

You can delete your preferences via ACTDIAG click on Tools -> Delete Preferences, you must have ACT! closed before doing this.
Sometimes you need to delete the preferences backup files as well. See info in the hyperlink below on rebuilding the ACT! preferences.

Thanks Chris. That was EXACTLY the solution I was looking for!
