.NET Crashing ACT? Solution?

[ Edited ]
My client reported the following error today when attempting and failing o log into ACT premium 2007:
EventType : clr20r3 P1 : actsage.exe P2 :
P3 : 460aa3a5—xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

P4 : mscorlib P5 : P6 : 471ebc5b P7 : 102 P8 : 33

P9 : system.typeloadexception

I had them do a system restore on one of the workstations to Wednesday, thinking MS mainteanance that was automatically downloaded and installed Thursday might be the culprit since "mscorlib", probably a .NET routine, is biting the dust.  After the restore/rollback, the user rebooted, and is not getting a different error about ACT and Outlook integration having a problem and preventing logiin.  Your thoughts and/or experience?  Thank you for any help!  -Craig

Re: .NET Crashing ACT? Solution?

What version of ACT! (the full build from Help | About)?

Does this only happen for one user or all users?

Does this happen on ther server?

Does this happen if you open the demo database?
