Can anyone explain how more than 1,000 records (about 75% of our dbase) can essentially be deleted without the user knowing it? This has happened twice to me personally using ACT Premium 2011. I can not think of anything that can cause all of these records to be deleted right in front of me without my knowing about it. I"ve been using either Goldmine or Act for 13 years and I don't think that I am capable of doing something as dumb. I really need some opinions because my only other option is that our IT ADMIN has something to do with it - I need to get this figured out.

sync with other devices is the most likely cause.
Run database maintenance
Look under the users my records to see if a another user has deleted (there will be a history there if done via user interface)
