Hello,
I have Act! Pro Version 21.0.295.0, Update 9 version. I have 3 different database files - I am able to open two files on this program, but one file just does not open.
Can someone out there advise me why this is happening?

Hi Jay
As 2 of the three are opening it is obviously a database issue so any error messages or a brief explination of what happens when you click on the database PAD file might help.
You might get a bit more info from a program you will already have called ACTDIAG
Just type ACTDIAG from the windows magnify glass.

Thanks very much for your reply and assistance.
I managed to resolve the problem with the help of another star ACT contributor - Darrell Hicks, who helped me step by step. It turned out that something went wrong with the ACT application, and so I uninstalled the program, and after reboot I reinstalled it. And voila! It is working now!!
