Hi we have multiple users that each have their own databases in ACT!, we purchased a license of ACT! Live Mobile for each of our users to be able to sync their databases with their Blackberrys. Our current problem is that we are only able to set up one user account within the ACT! Mobile Live application that needs to be installed on the ACT! Computer. We are running the latest version of ACT! Premium 2011 on Windows Server 2003 SP2 for which users access ACT! via Remote Desktop connections. How can we setup each user to use ACT! Mobile Live with their ACT! Mobile Live account and perspective database on the same PC with only the ability to enter one account into the ACT Mobile Live software??? Please Help!

ACT! Mobile Live needs to be installed on each user's PC.
If you would like a product that could be centrally administered, I would suggest Handheld Contact.
