Good day all,
I work for a company who use ACT! Sage Premium and they've dropped off a list of clients on my desk who have recently 'opted-out' from our mailing list, they've asked me to remove each one from the mailing list. I have the data on an excel sheet containing all the email addresses that need changing.
So far I've been searching in 'All Contact' and manually sifting through the databse highlighting any that need removing from the list and then using 'Lookup Selected' and one-by-one opting them out, but surey there's a more efficient way?
There's at least 1000 contacts that needed to be opted-out, so I'd be eternally grateful if anyone could provide a solution!
