As you might be able to tell, I am not a tech person, but a finance person. I recently purchased a new computer and I was attempting to move my data base to the new computer and then sync. with my Google Gmail account. I end up with duplicates in the contact field and I got an error message which stated that Sage Act and Google did not integrate. Unfortunately, my ACT contact base is not valid now, but the Google Gmail contact is the valid source. The Google purge is great, one click and it was cleaned up.
I have two issues, one, my ACT contact base does not have integrity and I am unable to integrate with Google, so that all syncs with ACT -- Google Gmail --Android phone. I do have faith in the Gmail contacts. I am in sales and I have 1040 contacts that I do not want to lose.
What should I do?
