Help! We have 3 users that any time you try to drop and drag activities on the calendar, reschedule activities for, or clear activities for Act! Premium (Web) Version 21.0.295.0, Update 5 takes at least 20 seconds to complete. The other 21 users do not have this issue. We have deleted and recreated profiles for those 3 and it has only gotten worse. When they move/clear activities for them self this happens or when any other user try's to do this for these users activities it is the same.....
What now! Windows 10, and Act! Premium (Web) Version 21.0.295.0, Update 5.

Educated guess: the 3 afflicted users are "longtime","power users" ?
If Yes, you will have to delete cleared activities from your database as they pile up and slow down the activity handling for this "type" of user.
