Mobile Web Log on box greyed out

I did not test the mobile site before adding a SSL Cert to the ACT premuim website, so I am not sure if this was working before then. But when accessing our mobile site, https://sitename.company.com/apfw/m, it says we need to make sure javascript is enabled, which it is, the database is listed, but the Log On box is greyed out.

 

We are running, ACT v16.1, SQL 2008 R2 on a 2012 r2 IIS 8 server.

 

Any suggestions?

I had to add the IIRF.DLL to the ISAPI Filters in IIS to get it to work.

I did that on one machine and it worked, this one isn't. Do you only have one filter in the list?

I have 3 enteries, 2 of which are of ASP.Net. I only did this on the web server.

/M sure does not like SSL. I had to redirect my ssl main page to http page for /m to work.

I have the same issue internally.  This actually appears to be a browser issue.

 

I switched to Dolphin for my mobile browser, and it appears to work fine.  It's free, and I can attest that all features of the Mobile Web appear to work when I use it on my Android.  I've heard iPhones have similar success.

After I followed the section on How to enable SSL for Act! Premium (Mobile) located below, all my issues went away for all browsers on my phone. Iphone and Android
