Missing data

I am helping controlling a smaller ACT database.

Recently I have experienced that some of the salesmen (who are not administrators) are not able

to see some data (contact persons) which are visible from my user (as administrator).

Have anyone experienced the same problems or do any have an explanation why these things occur?

It is only a very small amount of the total data, but i cant seem to find some kind of pattern.

Hello Andreas,
Are you using ACT! Pro or ACT! Premium? If Premium, then they may be able to see the contacts due to Limited Access settings. If Pro, then check if the contacts are Private.

Also, can you clarify if the users are accessing the database via a network, or syncing remote databases. If remote databases, then this may be due to those contacts not being in their sync set.
