I'm running a few different reports but the one I mainly use is the History Summary Classic report. For some reason when I do a report with a custom date search "maybe one month" the calls completed are not added correctly. About a month ago I ran the same report and saved it as a PDF. In the older report I had 770 calls completed. Now when I rerun the report using the same parameters I come up with a total of 245 calls completed. The sums under the other categories are correct but not the calls completed. I compared the old report to the new one and looked up names that didn't appear on the new report. When I go to the history the call completed history is in the file and within the proper date range but it's not showing up on the report?
Does anyone have any thoughts why the report is not picking up so many contact's records?
I'm using Sage ACT! Premium 2013 Version 15.0.301.0

What user filter settings are you using when running the report?

I've tried different settings.
Last Month, e-mail and attachments checked and all users.
