Hi All:
Have a client that cannot view the Web Info TAB in ACT PRE FOR WEB 2011. The tab appears when ACT is opened on the server, but not when the DB is accessed through the browser. Any ideas would be appreciated.

1) verify browser compatibility and settings
2) delete preferences
