We are running Act! 2009 Premium for Web. We have a situation where some contacts aren't showing up on a workstation all of the sudden. They are all public. But on my workstation (the Admin), I can look up 8 contacts that begin with a certain criteria. If I go to a certain workstation, those contacts don't show up. If I log in on that workstation as myself (Admin), those contacts still don't show up. I've run Integrity Check, and Re-Initialize the index, but it didn't find anything or change anything. Any thoughts? Could this be related to the problem of Act! randomly deleting company names out of the records?

Since the contacts are there when viewed from other computers, they haven't been deleted. Are the contacts listed in the 'Lookup > All Contacts'?
Do these specific contacts happen to be users? On the Lookup window > look for the additional options and ensure that 'Include Private' and 'Include Users' are checked.
