I just did a conversion from ACT 2007 Premium to ACT 2012 Premium and we are noticing that the history attachments of email messages seem to all be missing. When I run the missing attachments report, it tells me I am missing almost 34,000 attachments. When we open the history record and click on the attachment link, we get an error message box that only has a blue I with an OK button. (See attached picture)
Where else would 2007 have put them, if not in the attachments directory and if I find them, is there anyway to fix those links?
