I am running Act! Premium for workgroups 2006.
My Server recently crashed so I only have the remote database available to restore/work with.

Look at KB 14273. I've done this before, and all should work fine...

Thaks for the suggestion. I followed the KB article faithfully and created a new "publisher" database, HOWEVER, when I opened the new publisher db, I noticed that my history /notes were missing everything after November 2007. I rechecked the "remote" database version and it had the entries for 2008 and 2009.Also the total number of contacts is not the same. The new publisher db has less entries.
What could be the cause of this?
