Merging Numerous Databases into one

Hi

I am working on a project to merge our numerous databases into a single one.  As far as I know I can only have one open at a time at present.  Can anyone tell me how to go about this please?

If there is a way to do this whilst removing duplicates at the same time, that would be great - if not I know how to go through and remove them afterwards.

Thanks

Use import and set the dup matching in the database receiving the new data.

Hi Roy

Thanks for replying - is it possible to use this function to also copy over any diary appointments, notes, history and activities?

Hi

Just a small but important point regarding importing the database/s - Make sure you have the user/s in the new database before you do the import so that diary and other user tagged information get to the new database with the original users associated with them.
