Menu Tools - Synchronize option is inactive (Remote Database)

Greetings, I have a primary database in a company in Venezuela, and a remote database in the Bogota city - Colombia, but if I go to Menu Tools - Synchronize option is inactive (Remote Database), obviously I can not synchronize, Do You know why is inactive? What should I do to Synchronize?

I already have the diagnosis, because the server was not authorized Incoing Syncs Accept the option at the time that was created the database, this is a conflict on port 65100, for correct re-started the server and ready (Or... the Knowledgebase Answer ID 15090) , Thanks

I'll do the tests, I hope this is the solution

It could be that your computer has a Vista or Windows7 operating system and you will need to run the Act! program as Administrator.  To do this: right click on the Act! icon and select Run As Administrator.  This will give the extra authority needed.
