Randomly, all of my meetings disappear from my calendar and from each contact. Thank God I have it synced to Outlook because Outlook keeps the meeting on its calendar. At least 4 times in the last 3 weeks I have had to go back and reschedule all of the meetings in Act.
I have 220.127.116.11, Update 3, and use Office 365.

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing this issue.
I would like to confirm if the activities are listed as 'Removed from Act!' in Act! Integration service. this will show in the System tray from the bottom right of windows. If you Right click the blue envelope you should be able to go ' Synchronise with Outlook - View History' once opened please go to Activities and you should have the field.
This potentially could be an issue that was resolved in V19.1 Update 2: 36573 What issues have been fixed in Act! updates?
