I'm a newb, and this is probably covered elsewhere, but here it is. I just transitioned a small company from Goldmine 6.7. All went fairly well considering. Now we're in the cleanup/fixup phase, and one of the areas is phone numbers which are inconsistently formatted.
I have a development database to which I can try global search and replace, or data formatting processes, but I don't know how to do this with ACT! 2008.
The formatting is currently set to Free Form. There is a pre-defined format, [United States] that appears to do what we want to do, but don't know how to apply it globally to the field.
Any help would be appreciated.
