I have a client that wants his the Act! contacts that get synced to Outlook to populate the Company Main Phone Number field. As we know the mappings between Act! and Outlook fields do not match up perfectly so this field is not being populated in Outlook.
However, there used to be a config file you could edit to adjust the mappings but I’m not sure if that still exists since they overhauled the integration in 20.1. I tried looking for a KB but didn’t see one. Does anyone know if this is still something possible with Act!?
