Two employees in our company use ACT! to record history in a non-sales related way (H.R. and CEO). We so not want other salespeople to see their history. Is their a way to make an ACT! user's history private? Is there a workaround?

In the record history window, isn't there a checkbox in the lower right corner you can tick to make it private? Or are you talking about something else?
