Here is a good question,
How do you make a contcat that was created by one of my ex reps... private?
I tried and just cant figure it out, I dont want the new rep being able to see certain customers that are now mine (I am the administrator).

If you're using ACT! premium, you can use the contact access. Or you can change the record manager to yourself and then make the record private.

Thnaks, I have tried that, it seems that because I seems that even though I am the administrator it wont let me make them private because I was not the one that created it???
