I can backup sucessfully, however when trying to restore there is an error message that reads:
"The file you are attempting to restore does not contain an ACT! Backup."
I have followed the procedures from knowledgebase, but the computer we are transfering to will not read the zip correctly. Any help appreciated.

What steps do you use to restore the file?
Are you able to open the zip file created with a utility that can read zip files? (In case the backup feature is corrupt).
