Since upgrading to Act! Premium Version 16.1.207.0, Hot Fix 1 All our users in the company are no longer able to do something we have been doing for years After scheduling a meeting, to-do, call etc - in the SCHEDULE WITH field, as we started typing a surname, followed by a comma, then the first name it would "auto fill" Now it almost hangs/stops after the surname, the comma isn't recognised - you have to wait before clicking cancel and then using the drop down box to select the contact manually Even typing in the name in the exact same way it is in Act it asks whether you want to create a new contact Please can this get fixed as it's such a common thing to do - Act has done this for years - and it's affecting our entire sales team Thank you Andy Kent
