Hello National Joe,
In order to enable synchronization for a database, go to Tools > Synchronization Panel. On the sync panel, click Enable Synchronization - this makes the database a Parent database from which remote databases can be created. You then click Manage Sync Sets to create one or more sync sets, then you would click Create Remote Database to create the remotes. For detailed instructions, please see KB Article 26792 if you are using a Premium version of ACT! or KB Article 15192 if you are using a Standard/Pro version.
