I am doing a mail merge in which vales from a multi choice drop down list are used.
Example--field XYZ. would have values 1,2, and 3 ticked
How do I add this field in such a way for the results of field XYZ are listed on separate 3 separate lines?

Hello Doug,
Unfortunately, that can't be done with a single field. In a multi-select field, the multiple values are actually treated as one string of data.
