I was hoping someone else was having this same issue, but no such luck...
We recently upgraded to ACT 10 (Premium for Workgroups) from ACT 2006 (Premium for Workgroups) .
When I use mail merge to send out documents from ACT using Word 2003, I get the following error message:
Interface not registered (Exception from HResult: 0x80040155)
I click ok, and it does merges the document. However, where ever there is a blank field is inserts [[DELETE ME]]
We have some users that have Word 2007 and this does not occur, so I'm fairly confident its between Word 2003 & ACT 10
HELP!!

If D&R doesn't work, you need to uninstall/reinstall Word. See this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
