We use the opportunities tab for a ton of job specific information. Once we've sold this opportunity, we'd need to generate some documents based on the information we've gathered in the Opportunity.
Why can't I create a mail merge document with fields from the Opportunity? Is there another way?
I've used Infopath in the past, but never attached it to a database. Does anyone have experience with this?

To do a mail merge from the oppertunity table would require a third party addon. I believe that Durkin Computing has such an addon.
