Mail Merge Template Problem

Can anybody help with this - it's driving me mad !

 

ACT 2009 (v11) XP, Office Enterprise

 

I have an email template set up, which was working perfectly until today - now it just shows the merging fields box for 5 seconds before doing nothing else

 

The odd thing is that it only does this for some contacts - others work perfectly..

 

Any ideas ?

There are a few options when mail/email merging.  Some open the message before sending, some send the message *immediately* with no visibility to the user, except sometimes the box you mention.  Check in your sent items to see if the ones you don't think are being sent, in fact are...

Hi Richard,

I have the same issue and the template isn't being sent. Is there anything else I can check?

ACT! v.16 using Microsoft Word as the processor. Office 2013.
