Can anybody help with this - it's driving me mad !
ACT 2009 (v11) XP, Office Enterprise
I have an email template set up, which was working perfectly until today - now it just shows the merging fields box for 5 seconds before doing nothing else
The odd thing is that it only does this for some contacts - others work perfectly..
Any ideas ?

I have the same issue and the template isn't being sent. Is there anything else I can check?
ACT! v.16 using Microsoft Word as the processor. Office 2013.
