We have been using Act for years and never had a problem sending emails with mail merge. Recently we upgraded to Act Premium, running ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 4 English (United States) version.
I keep getting the error "Path is not of legal form". I tried many templates: templates from the past that worked before, etc...
Any one have an idea of how to fix this problem? Thanks!
