I don't have a timeframe for release, but it is in development and testing now.

so greig    we are suppose to stop attaching  files to our emails until the next hot  fix.. someone should be working on this 24 hr a day until fixed  . doesnt sound like you think this is a major problem     the techs have to TEST  ?????. just go back and see  what they changed since  it was working fine before the hot fix    

 

also i am notr going through outlook i  have set it up to go through internet mail 

 

sorry greig     Sage response is very very weak

Also buckdawg, the problem is that it's only a small number of users who have this issue ... so the problem is working out why it only happens on some systems

If any of the ACT software team would like to remotely logon to my PC to see the problems I have listed in this forum happening or demonstrated, I am more than happy to assist in whatever way I can to help speed up the fixing process. Happy to BETA test too.

 

So when you say "small number of users", does that mean that some Lotus Notes users have no problems? It happens on all 16 PCs here for what it's worth. Perhaps other users can describe their setup on this forum if they are also having these ACT email problems.

 

For us here it is: Lotus Notes V7.0.2, Windows XP SP3, Sage ACT! Premium 2011 Version 13.1.111.0, Hotfix 1 English (Australia)

would be glad to have sage access my computer    im as simple as can be   XP    single user   im sure there are a great number of users like myself   very frustrating

Seeing it happen is the first part... that's been done (so I believe).

After that is where the hard work starts - Working out why it's fine for some users and not others, that is, finding the actual cause.

Adam, I use Outlook 2010 on my personal PC, but test with most systems. I see you use Lotus Notes? I usually recommend ACT! for Notes as a better solution in that environment:
