Look Up Dialog Box Does Not Appear

The Lookup function has stopped working. When I select Look Up the dialog box does not appear and nothing happens.

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Try resetting the menu by going to Tools > Customize > Reset Menus and Toolbars. Then close and reopen ACT!.
