Using ACT Premium Version 18.104.22.1681.0 Hit Fix 5
Wasnt able to send emails so went into ACTDIAG and while running a Repair Database, ACTDIAG stopped working and I had to close it through the task manager.
From that time, ACTDIAG has stop working - giving the following message - see Image-1.
Each time I now run ACTDIAG and try to List Database List - I am getting the results of Image-1.
When I try to open ACT - it give message in Image-3, when i click OK, it gives the message in Image-4. My database does not have a password.
I downloaded and ran SingleUserModeError_KB31714 - see Image-2.
All other databases are opening ok except this one.
Can anyone please help?

Please could you try running the ResetSQL.bat file after following the steps detailed in the following Knowledgebase article: http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23446
After this, try accessing the database list in ActDiag again.
P.S. Image 4 does not seem to be attached.
