I'm using ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0 on a Windows 7 Machine. I want to import an outlook database.
Is there a list of ACT fields anywhere so I can plan which outlook fields to map to. I can see the pull down boxes in the wizard, but I'd like a complete list that I can do planning with before I start the process.

Go to Start, Run, type ACT diag. Click on the database Option and then Database List.
tab, then find your database. in the list and click on the left collum to select it.
THen Right CLick on the left collum to bring up the shortcut menu
From here you will see options for Database Structure and Export Field List to .csv
THis should get you what you are looking for. (please note this will product some system fields which will not be available for import.
I''ve attached the fields from the ACT demo database here. Unless you've customized your database, this should suffice.

I would export to Excel from Outlook clean up your data save as a .csv file and then do an import and you can then map each of the fields to the ACT fields as part of the import
