I have ACT! Premium 2012 Version 14.1.108.0 in English here in the US. I use Windows 7 64 bit operating system and Microsoft Office 2007. It is a private database. I have recently done syncs with Outlook and Google. For some reason now my List View in Contacts is unreadable-lots of gobbledygook like a file that was opened with wrong program. The detail view is fine, it is just the List View that became unreadable. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi,
It sounds like your SER files might have corrupted. This can sometimes happen if ACT! crashed out or had to be "three keyed" out or an "improper" exit occured. You might be able to resolve this by rebuilding your preferences files as per this KB article:
